With over 25 years of hands-on experience as a Production Manager, I have developed an in-depth understanding of every relevant aspect of production. Together with a trusted network of selected specialists, I plan and manage internationally renowned large-scale events, award-winning corporate events, sports and music productions, as well as digital and TV productions for global brands, broadcasters, associations, and agencies.

Proven expertise in large-scale events and projects with complex content, logistical, and safety-related requirements. I have been responsible for events hosting up to 500,000 visitors, production crews of over 400 team members, and production budgets in the high double-digit million range. I possess extensive knowledge in complex production workflows, process and cost optimization, quality assurance, and tendering procedures. I bring many years of experience working with top-level management, politicians, heads of state, and the associated requirements, security standards, and protocol. I also have deep expertise in executing entertainment productions and working with international artists.

From the initial idea to detailed planning services, creative content, visual design, digital implementation, and full-scale support, I deliver individual services or the complete production through my network.
